WHY EPOXY / MATERIAL FACTS

A floor upgrade that pays for itself

Epoxy isn't paint. It's a bonded resin system that turns porous concrete into a sealed, wear-rated surface.

15+ YR SERVICE LIFE

Built to Last

A professionally installed epoxy system bonds to the concrete itself. With normal use, expect well over a decade before it needs attention.

SEALED / NON-POROUS

Stain & Chemical Resistant

Oil, gas, brake fluid, and household chemicals wipe up without leaving a mark on the sealed surface.

MOP-CLEAN SURFACE

Easy to Clean

No grout lines, no carpet fibers, no bare concrete dust. A dust mop and the occasional wet mop keep it looking new.

HIGH-GLOSS FINISH

Showroom Appearance

A uniform, high-gloss finish brightens the whole space by reflecting available light back into the room.

PREMIUM UPGRADE

Adds Property Value

A finished garage or commercial floor reads as a premium upgrade to buyers, tenants, and customers alike.

ANTI-SLIP ADDITIVE

Slip-Resistant Options

Flake texture or anti-slip additive can be built into the topcoat wherever you need extra grip — entries, ramps, wet areas.

CUSTOM COLOR + FLAKE

Your Colors, Your Finish

Solid colors, flake blends, and metallic effects in dozens of combinations. We bring samples to your estimate so you choose in your own light.

FAQ / STRAIGHT ANSWERS

Questions we hear on every estimate

How long does epoxy flooring last?

With proper surface preparation, a professionally installed system typically lasts 15–20 years in a residential garage and 10+ years in commercial settings, depending on traffic. Preparation is the difference — coatings fail when they're applied over dirty or unground concrete, which is why we diamond-grind every floor first.

How long does installation take?

Most residential garages take one to two days. Larger commercial and industrial floors depend on square footage and repairs needed — we'll give you a schedule with your written estimate, and we can phase work to keep your business operating.

When can I walk or park on the new floor?

Light foot traffic is usually fine after 24 hours. We recommend waiting 72 hours before parking vehicles, and we'll leave you exact cure times for your specific system at the final walkthrough.

Can epoxy be installed over damaged concrete?

Usually, yes. Cracks, spalls, and pitting are repaired as part of our preparation step before any coating goes down. Severely damaged or actively moving slabs are the exception — if we find a problem a coating can't fix, we'll tell you before you spend money.

Is epoxy flooring slippery?

A smooth high-gloss floor can be slick when wet, so we offer flake texture and anti-slip additives in the topcoat. Tell us how the space is used and we'll recommend the right amount of grip.

What colors and finishes are available?

Solid colors, dozens of flake blends, and hand-poured metallic effects. We bring physical samples to your estimate so you can see them in your own lighting before you decide.

Do you handle residential and commercial projects?

Yes. We install everything from single-car garages to warehouses, showrooms, restaurants, and industrial facilities across our service area.

How much does epoxy flooring cost?

Cost depends on square footage, the condition of your concrete, and the system you choose — flake, solid, or metallic. Rather than quote a misleading average, we give you an exact written price after a free on-site inspection.

Do you provide free estimates?

Yes — estimates are always free and come with no obligation. We measure your space, inspect the slab, and put the full price in writing.

Ready to transform your floor?

Free on-site estimate, written pricing, and a floor you'll stop apologizing for. We respond to every request within one business day.
